This equality and diversity policy is a formal commitment from Neuro Hebrides to treat all employees, volunteers, trustees and members fairly and with respect, preventing discrimination and creating an inclusive environment. 

Complaints procedure

A complaints procedure policy is a formal, documented process for handling members dissatisfaction with Neuro Hebrides conduct. It outlines how to record, investigate, and resolve complaints fairly and consistently. The policy aims to resolve issues, provide a mechanism for improvement, and ensure accountability. 

GDPR

 General Data Protection Regulation, is a European Union (EU) law enacted on May 25, 2018, that governs how organizations handle the personal data of individuals in the EU and European Economic Area (EEA).
