Cuppa and Catch up
"I really look forward to Mondays. I can relax and be myself amongst people who understand how I am feeling, and I go home feeling much more positive and happy".

If you are new to Neuro Hebrides, you may be wondering what Cuppa and Catch up is all about, so here's some information and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Cuppa and Catch up takes place on Mondays at 2 - 3:30pm in the Failte centre. It is such positive and welcoming group, with members who are supportive and understanding, without judgement.
Whether you want to come along for a chat, ask advice and discuss issues with understanding, like minded people, or you want to sit quietly in your own thoughts with the knowledge that you're in the company of other people who understand, you will be very welcome.
Some weeks we simply have Cuppa and catch up, and other weeks we have a range of activities planned, such as arts and crafts, interesting talks and presentations, or talks on subjects such as healthcare, finances and advocacy.
Thanks for fundraising activities, Cuppa and Catch up is free of charge to our members. Tea, coffee and snacks are available during the meetings, and are run by our volunteers. Please let our volunteers know if you have any dietary requirements.
